Underground 5.0
Underground 5.0 is a live EP released on 21 November 2005 through Machine Shop Recordings. It belongs to the Underground series, the EPs put out by Linkin Park Underground, the band's official fan club, which until 2017 shared rare tracks, demos, live recordings and remixes with its members.
It arrived between the band's second album, Meteora (2003), and Minutes to Midnight (2007), when Linkin Park were established as one of the biggest names in nu metal. Anyone who knows the albums and wants to hear the Chester Bennington-fronted line-up in a concert setting will find it a handy extra to have alongside them.
