A Light That Never Comes (remixes)
A Light That Never Comes (remixes) is a remix EP from Linkin Park, released on 21 January 2014 through Dim Mak Records. It reworks the band's song "A Light That Never Comes" in an electronic style, handing their guitar-driven sound over to a dance-music treatment.
It arrived between Living Things (2012) and The Hunting Party (2014), a period when the band were happy to look beyond their usual rock sound. Fans of the group's more electronic leanings, last heard in full on A Thousand Suns in 2010, will find it a curious side step worth a listen.
