Blood In Blood Out
Blood In Blood Out is the eleventh studio album by American thrash metal band Exodus, released on 14 October 2014 through Nuclear Blast. It marked the return of vocalist Steve "Zetro" Souza, who had not sung on an Exodus record since Tempo of the Damned in 2004. His departure that year followed a feud with guitarist Gary Holt, so hearing him back on a new record meant something to long-time followers.
There is another reunion on "Salt the Wound", where original guitarist Kirk Hammett plays the solo. The album drew generally favourable reviews and entered the Billboard 200 at number 38, the band's highest US chart position to date. Exodus took it out on the road with Souza on their first tour together since he left, which gave the comeback some real weight.
