Album
Down III: Over the Under
Down III: Over the Under is the third studio album by the American heavy metal band Down. It arrived in September 2007, five years after Down II: A Bustle in Your Hedgerow, and was released on Moon Records.
It follows NOLA from 1995 and the second album from 2002, so it sits in the middle of a slow-burning catalogue that would not gain a fourth studio entry, Volume V, until 2026. For listeners who have followed the band from the start, it is the record that shows Down carrying on after a half-decade gap, still working in straight-ahead heavy metal.
