Tomb of the Mutilated is the third album by American death metal band Cannibal Corpse, released on 22 September 1992 by Metal Blade Records. Scott Burns produced it at Morrisound Recording in Tampa, Florida. It was the last record made by the original line-up, as guitarist Bob Rusay left afterwards and Rob Barrett, from Malevolent Creation, took his place.

Musically, it is more refined than the band's earlier work, with straighter song structures and repeated riffs that some writers hear as hooks. The mix pushes Alex Webster's bass to the front, while Chris Barnes' belching vocals are largely indecipherable. The lyrics are among the band's most extreme, and the sleeve art by Vince Locke caused a stir of its own. "Hammer Smashed Face" opens the record, regularly closes their live sets and turned up in Ace Ventura: Pet Detective. Later bands have borrowed heavily from its sound.
