Album
Chaos Horrific
Chaos Horrific is the sixteenth studio album by Cannibal Corpse, the American death metal band. It came out on 22 September 2023 through Metal Blade Records, the label that has been home to the group's recent run of records.
It follows Violence Unimagined from 2021 and continues a catalogue that stretches back to Eaten Back to Life in 1990. For anyone who has followed the band through Tomb of the Mutilated, The Bleeding or Red Before Black, this is the next chapter in a long and remarkably steady career. Death metal is the genre, and the record sits squarely within it, making it a natural stop for listeners who like to keep up with a band that has been at it for more than three decades.
