Greatest Hits is a compilation from the American rock band Alice in Chains, released by Columbia on 24 July 2001. It gathers highlights from a career that mixed grunge, alternative metal and hard rock into one heavy, distinctive sound.

The collection sits between the band's first three studio albums, Facelift (1990), Dirt (1992) and the self-titled Alice in Chains (1995), and their return with Black Gives Way to Blue in 2009. For anyone who wants the band's best-known songs on a single disc, or a way in before exploring the full albums, it does the job neatly.
