Classic Bites
Classic Bites is a compilation from the German hard rock band Scorpions, released in February 2002 on Spectrum Music. It is a budget-minded collection, and it looks at one particular stretch of the band's career rather than the whole story.
The tracks come from two studio albums, Crazy World (1990) and Face the Heat (1993), with one song added from the 1995 live album Live Bites. That makes it a handy way into the band's early-1990s work, when they were following up their late-1980s run with a polished, melodic take on hard rock. If you know the earlier records better, it's a tidy way to catch up on what came next.
