IV
Winger's IV came out on 20 October 2006 through Dream On Records. It is the American band's fourth studio album, and it ended a gap that had lasted since Pull in 1993. Those thirteen years separate it from the three records that opened their career: Winger in 1988, In the Heart of the Young in 1990 and Pull itself.
As a hard rock album, it marks the band's return to making new music together after that long silence. It also leads into the stretch that followed, with Karma arriving in 2009 and Better Days Comin' in 2014. If you want to follow how Winger picked up again after the early 1990s, IV is the place where that second chapter begins.
