Live From Toronto
Live From Toronto is a double live album by the Who, taken from the final night of the It's Hard Tour at Maple Leaf Gardens in Toronto on 17 December 1982. The show was originally beamed out live on cable television and FM radio across the US and Canada, and it later turned up on VHS. This edition was released on 21 April 2006, and it also appeared on DVD.
It catches the band at the close of the tour that followed It's Hard, their last studio album before a long gap that ended with Endless Wire in 2006. Keyboard player Tim Gorman, who played on that 1982 tour, returned to the group in 2006 to record overdubs for this re-release. Both the double CD and the DVD are legal releases, though the band and its management do not regard them as authorised products.
