Bitter Sweet & Twisted is the second studio album from the Quireboys, a hard rock band, and it came out in March 1993. It appeared on Parlophone in the UK and Europe, and it entered the UK Albums Chart at number 31. Bob Rock produced most of it, with a few tracks handled by Chris Kimsey, a name familiar from the Rolling Stones' records.

Three songs were issued as singles: "Tramps & Thieves", "Brother Louie" and "Last Time", the last of which was released only in Japan. "Brother Louie" did best, reaching number 32 on the UK Singles Chart. The record proved the band's last for some time, as they split afterwards and did not make another studio album until 2001's This Is Rock 'n' Roll, which makes this a useful closing chapter to their first run.
