Album
Mötley Crüe
Mötley Crüe's self-titled sixth studio album arrived on 15 March 1994 through Elektra. It is the only record the American band made with singer John Corabi, and the first collection of new material since Dr. Feelgood in 1989. It was recorded under the working title Til Death Do Us Part.
It marked a fresh start in more ways than one. The band had signed a $25 million contract with Elektra Records, and the new singer put them in unfamiliar territory after the run of albums that began with Too Fast for Love in 1981. Fans who know the band through their 1980s glam metal records will find a different chapter here, one that stands apart in their catalogue and is well worth hearing in its own right.
