Puppy Gristle
Puppy Gristle is a Skinny Puppy album from 2002, issued on Subconscious Communications. It began life as part of cEvin Key's "From the Vault" subscription service, planned as a limited run of 1,000 copies available only through the label's mailorder.
It sits between The Process, released in 1996, and The Greater Wrong of the Right, which followed in 2004. That makes it a useful marker in the band's story for anyone tracing the industrial group's output across those years. Demand later led to a wider re-issue as a digipak, so it is far easier to find than the original plan suggested. It is one for dedicated fans filling in the gaps in the catalogue.
