Album
My God‐Given Right
My God-Given Right is the fifteenth studio album by German power metal band Helloween, released on 29 May 2015. It follows Straight Out of Hell from 2013 and sits just before the band's 2021 self-titled record, making it the last of their albums before that next chapter. The genres attached to it span power metal, speed metal, hard rock and traditional heavy metal.
Behind the desk was Charlie Bauerfeind, who produced it, marking his seventh album in a row with the band. It also brought Helloween back to Nuclear Blast, the label they had last released an album with in 2003, on Rabbit Don't Come Easy. For anyone following the band's long run of studio records, it's a useful stop in their mid-2010s stretch.
