Album
Six
Six is the sixth studio album by the American hard rock band Extreme, released on 9 June 2023 through Victor. The title simply counts it off in their run of records, which began with their self-titled debut in 1989 and took in Extreme II: Pornograffitti (A Funked Up Fairy Tale) in 1990, III Sides to Every Story in 1992 and Waiting for the Punchline in 1995.
It arrived fifteen years after Saudades de Rock in 2008, the longest gap between albums in their catalogue. For anyone who followed the band through the late 1980s and 1990s, it is a chance to hear where they stand now, picking up a story that had been quiet on the studio front for a decade and a half.
