Let There Be Rock
Let There Be Rock is the fourth studio album by the Australian band AC/DC, arriving between Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap and Powerage. It first came out in Australasia in March 1977 on Albert Productions, and a modified international edition followed through Atlantic Records that July. It was also the last AC/DC album to feature Mark Evans on bass.
The band's sound here sits firmly in hard rock, drawing on blues rock and old-fashioned rock and roll. Because the Australasian and international editions differ, it is worth knowing which version you have in your hands.
