Tear Your Soul Apart is an EP by Venom, released in 1990 on Under One Flag. It sits in the thrash-leaning end of the band's output, with heavy metal and rock also listed among its styles, and it arrived between the albums Prime Evil (1989) and Temples of Ice (1991).

By then Venom were in a very different state from the band that made Welcome to Hell (1981) and Black Metal (1982), the two records that shaped black metal, thrash and extreme metal. Original guitarist Mantas had left in 1986 and Cronos had gone two years later, so drummer Abaddon was carrying the band on with Tony "Demolition Man" Dolan on vocals and bass. For anyone following the group through that stretch, this EP is a small marker of it.
