Game Over
Game Over is the debut album from Nuclear Assault, an American thrash metal band, released in 1986 on the Under One Flag label. Its sound sits where thrash meets crossover thrash, and it opens a run of studio albums that carries on through Survive in 1988, Handle With Care in 1989 and Out of Order in 1991.
The format you buy matters here. The cassette includes a track called "Lesbians" that is missing from the CD version. The song didn't vanish for good, though: the band played it on their 1992 live album Live at the Hammersmith Odeon. For anyone tracing how the band began, this is the place to start, and the cassette is the more complete way to hear it.
