Album
Omens
Omens is the ninth studio album by Lamb of God, the American groove metal band, and it arrived on 7 October 2022. It followed the self-titled record of 2020 and came before Into Oblivion in 2026, so it sits in the later stretch of a catalogue that began with New American Gospel in 2000.
Josh Wilbur produced it, continuing a working relationship with the band that goes back to 2006. That long familiarity is a good reason to hear it: producer and band know each other's habits well, and the record belongs to a run of albums made with a steady hand at the desk. If you followed the band through Sacrament, Wrath and Resolution, Omens is the next chapter in the same story.
