Killadelphia captures Lamb of God on stage at the Trocadero Theatre in Philadelphia, filmed over two nights on 16 and 17 October 2004. The title is a pun on the city. Shot and directed by Doug Spangenberg and issued by Epic Records, it is the band's second video release. The concert runs for over 70 minutes, and the package adds more than two hours of behind-the-scenes footage from the Ashes of the Wake tour, three music videos (one the uncensored "Now You've Got Something To Die For") and a demo of "Laid To Rest".

It comes between Ashes of the Wake and Sacrament, when the band's groove metal was drawing big crowds. The edition released on 13 December 2005 added an audio CD of the concert, so you can take the show away from the screen. The DVD went platinum in the United States in 2007, a good sign of how many fans wanted this document of the tour.
