Album
Under a Spell
Under a Spell is a Venom album released in 2003 on Cherry Red Records. It was the band's eleventh studio album, arriving three years after Resurrection (2000) and ahead of Metal Black in 2006.
For anyone tracing the group's story, it belongs to the long stretch after the early run of Welcome to Hell (1981), Black Metal (1982) and At War With Satan (1984). That run helped give the band its name. By this point Venom had been making records for over twenty years, and this one is a useful marker of how steadily they kept going through the 2000s.
