Big Hits and Nasty Cuts: The Best of Twisted Sister is a greatest hits collection from the American heavy metal band, released on 17 March 1992 by Atlantic. It arrived in the US first, with a worldwide edition following from WEA International at the end of the month.

The track list draws only on the group's first three albums, Under the Blade, You Can't Stop Rock 'n' Roll and Stay Hungry, so the later Come Out and Play and Love Is for Suckers go unrepresented. The one exception is outside the US, where "Be Chrool to Your Scuel" from Come Out and Play takes the place of "Bad Boys of Rock 'n' Roll". It also includes live tracks, and a Parental Advisory sticker warns of the occasional profanity there. For anyone wanting the band's early run in one place, it makes a handy overview.
