Live at Wacken: The Reunion
Live at Wacken: The Reunion is a live release from Twisted Sister, put out in 2005 on Armoury Records. It comes as a CD with a companion DVD and tells how the American band got back on stage after the 1980s, when their original run wound down. It sits between the 2004 studio album Still Hungry and 2006's A Twisted Christmas.
The DVD pairs interviews with Dee Snider, Jay Jay French, Mark "Animal" Mendoza, Eddie Ojeda and A.J. Pero with unseen backstage footage and songs from their 2003 Wacken Open Air show, including "We're Not Gonna Take It", "I Wanna Rock" and "Stay Hungry". The CD gathers six tracks from that German festival set and five previously unreleased live recordings from the early 1980s, so you can hear the band then and now side by side.
