Still Hungry
Still Hungry is Twisted Sister's sixth studio album, released on 19 October 2004 through Armoury Records. It is a full re-recording of their 1984 record Stay Hungry, made with a rougher, more raw-edged sound. The band had long felt the original was too slick and didn't reflect their creative vision, so this was a chance to put that right.
Seven bonus tracks sit alongside the re-cut songs. "Never Say Never" and "Blastin' Fast & Loud" were demoed during the 1984 sessions, then finished by the classic line-up in 2001. "Come Back", "Plastic Money", "You Know I Cry" and "Rock 'n' Roll Saviors" were new studio recordings, while "Heroes Are Hard to Find" first appeared in 1998 on the soundtrack to Strangeland, Dee Snider's horror film. This version of "I Wanna Rock" later turned up in Guitar Hero Encore: Rocks the 80s and Burnout Paradise.
