Dead Again
Dead Again is the seventh and final studio album by Type O Negative, the American gothic metal band. It arrived on 13 March 2007, following Life Is Killing Me in 2003, and it closed a run of records that began with Slow, Deep and Hard in 1991 and took in Bloody Kisses, October Rust and World Coming Down along the way.
The title is stylised with reversed letters, a small visual joke in keeping with the band's dark humour. Frontman Peter Steele died in 2010, after which the group came to an end, so this record stands as the last full statement from the band. It is worth hearing for anyone who followed them from the early days, and as a way to hear where their story finally stopped.
