The Best of 2005-2013
The Best of 2005-2013 is a Warner Bros. Records compilation of Avenged Sevenfold, released on 2 December 2016. It gathers material from the band's Warner Bros. years, running from City of Evil in 2005 through to Hail to the King in 2013. Covers and one-off singles issued between those albums are included too, so it takes in more than the studio records alone.
It sits between The Stage, the band's 2016 studio album, and their later work, though the group had no part in it. They did not endorse it, and it was put out without their consent, knowledge or involvement. It has since been taken off streaming services including Spotify and Apple Music, which makes it something of a curiosity for fans tracing the band's catalogue.
