EP
1972
1972 is a studio EP of cover songs from the Black Crowes, the American rock band who first appeared with Shake Your Money Maker in 1990. It came out on 4 May 2022 on Silver Arrow.
It arrived between Warpaint, their studio album of 2008, and Happiness Bastards, which followed in 2024. For anyone who knows the band's records from The Southern Harmony and Musical Companion or Amorica, it offers a different angle on them, as they play other people's songs rather than their own.
