Album
76–77
76–77 is a Sex Pistols album released on 24 September 2021 through UMC. It is the fifth entry in the band's studio album list, arriving after Never Mind the Bollocks Here's the Sex Pistols in 1977, The Mini Album in 1988, Anarchy in the UK in 2001 and More Product in 2017.
The title points to the two years that defined the band's brief, explosive career, and it sits as a late addition to a catalogue that has always been small and much picked over. For anyone who knows Never Mind the Bollocks inside out and wants to see how the Pistols' story has been repackaged and revisited in later decades, this is a record to put alongside it.
