Indecent Exposure is a live Sex Pistols album recorded at the 76 Club in Burton upon Trent. Its release date is given as 1977, though the record began life as a bootleg that circulated among fans, and the number of tracks varied from copy to copy. Under the Indecent Exposure title it was first issued in 1978.
It sits alongside Never Mind the Bollocks Here's the Sex Pistols, the band's 1977 studio album, as a rawer, in-the-room document of the group on stage. In 2001 it was remastered and reissued on Yeaah Records as The 76 Club, and it also appears under the name Anarchy in the UK: Live at the 76 Club. For anyone who wants the Pistols as a live band rather than a studio act, it is a worthwhile listen.
