A Nice Pair is a double-album compilation that puts Pink Floyd's first two records, The Piper at the Gates of Dawn and A Saucerful of Secrets, together in a new gatefold sleeve. It came out on Harvest on 5 December 1973, with Capitol handling the United States and EMI the United Kingdom.

It arrived just as the band's profile was rising, which gave newer listeners an easy way back to the early psychedelic years. Those two albums, from 1967 and 1968, show the group's sound taking shape. In the US it reached number 36 on the Billboard album chart and was certified gold by the RIAA in March 1994. For anyone who came to Pink Floyd through later records, it is a handy way to hear where it all began.
