Slick Leg
Slick Leg is an EP by the American progressive metal band Mastodon, released in 2001 on Reptilian Records. It arrived a year before their first full-length album, Remission, which came out in 2002.
That places it right at the start of the band's story, before the run of albums that followed through Leviathan, Blood Mountain and Crack the Skye. For anyone who likes to trace a band back to its earliest recordings, it is a chance to hear where Mastodon stood before their studio career properly began.
