Add Violence is the third EP from Nine Inch Nails, produced by Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross and released in October 2017. It is the middle part of a trilogy, arriving after Not the Actual Events (2016) and ahead of the album Bad Witch (2018).

Where its predecessor was harsh and confrontational, this record eases off and leans into soundscapes and texture, alongside the band's familiar elements. The result is longer, more spacious pieces, an approach that recalls The Fragile (1999). Two singles, "Less Than" and "This Isn't the Place", came with music videos. Critics responded warmly, and it reached No. 17 in the US. It is worth hearing as the pivot between the band's two sharper releases.
