Sideshow
Sideshow is an EP by The Cure, released in 1993 on Elektra in the United States. It is an alternative rock release and a small side note to the band's main run of albums rather than one of their full studio statements.
It arrived in the wake of Wish, the album the band put out in 1992, and sits between that record and Wild Mood Swings in 1996. For listeners who have followed the group from Three Imaginary Boys through the shadowy Disintegration, it is a short extra stop in the story during the early 1990s. It is best approached as a companion piece for dedicated fans filling in the gaps around Wish.
