Seeing Eye Dog is the seventh studio album by American alternative metal band Helmet, released on 7 September 2010. It came out through Work Song, the label imprint shared by singer-songwriter Joe Henry and the manager of Helmet frontman Page Hamilton. It followed Monochrome by four years, the gap between the two being the longest since the band's return with Size Matters in 2004.

For anyone tracing Helmet's story from Strap It On, Meantime and Betty onwards, this is the record that sits between the mid-2000s comeback and the later albums Dead to the World and Left. It is worth hearing as a snapshot of Hamilton steering the band through its second chapter, on a label with a very different background from the major-label days of the early 1990s.
