Love Stories & Other Musings
Love Stories & Other Musings is the fifth studio album by Candlebox, released on 3 April 2012 through AudioNest. It is filed under hard rock, and it arrived four years after Into the Sun, the record that had brought the band back after a long gap following Happy Pills in 1998.
Within the band's catalogue, it sits at the midpoint of a run that began with the self-titled debut in 1993 and Lucy in 1995, and continues through Disappearing in Airports in 2016, Wolves in 2021 and The Long Goodbye in 2023. For anyone tracing how Candlebox carried on after their 1990s start, this is the album that follows the comeback and leads into their later work.
