Doomsday Machine is the sixth studio album from Swedish melodic death metal band Arch Enemy, released in July 2005. It followed Anthems of Rebellion from 2003 and was the third record to feature Angela Gossow on vocals. Rickard Bengtsson produced it, with Andy Sneap handling the mix.

It marks a turning point in the band's line-up, as Christopher Amott left shortly after the recording was finished, only to return two years later for the songwriting sessions that led to Rise of the Tyrant. The album found an audience in America, debuting at number 87 on the Billboard 200 with first-week sales of 12,000 copies, and it had sold 65,000 there by April 2006. For anyone tracing how Arch Enemy's sound developed through the Gossow years, it is a key stop.
