Just Add Life
Just Add Life is the fifth studio album from Scottish rock band The Almighty, released on 5 June 1996 through Raw Power. It blends hard rock with a punkish edge, and it arrived after Crank in 1994 as the band's next step in a run that began with Blood, Fire & Love in 1989.
Two singles came from it, "All Sussed Out" and "Do You Understand". Both were issued in several parts in the UK and both were given videos. The track "Coalition Star" is a nice one to seek out: it was co-written with members of The Ruts, a punk band that Warwick was a fan of. There was also a two-disc edition, adding the studio track "Misery Guts" and a 17-track live disc called Just Add Live. It was the last album the band put out until their self-titled record in 2000, with a split in between.
