Once Upon A…
Once Upon A… is a compilation from the American hard rock band Cinderella, released through Mercury Records on 15 January 1997. It arrived after the band's four studio albums: Night Songs in 1986, Long Cold Winter in 1988, Heartbreak Station in 1990 and Still Climbing in 1994.
As a career-spanning collection, it makes a handy way into the group's catalogue, gathering their hard rock output on a single release. It suits anyone who wants to hear how Cinderella moved through the late 1980s and early 1990s without committing to each record in turn, and it gives long-time fans a tidy reminder of where the band sat in that stretch of the decade.
