We Care a Lot
We Care a Lot is the debut studio album by the American band Faith No More. It came out on 30 November 1985 through Mordam Records. On the original vinyl, the band's name appears as "Faith. No More." on the liner notes, the back cover and the record itself, a small oddity that marks how early in their story this release sits.
The record opens a run of seven studio albums that stretches from 1985 to Sol Invictus in 2015. Its mix of alternative rock, funk metal, hard rock and post-punk shows a band already refusing to sit in one corner. Anyone who knows them from The Real Thing or Angel Dust will find it worth hearing to see where it all began.
