Four Cuts is a 1982 EP from Diamond Head, the band's first release on a major label. MCA put it out as a double A-side, pairing "Call Me" with "Trick or Treat", while "Dead Reckoning" and a re-recorded "Shoot Out the Lights" filled the two B-sides. It was designed as a taster for their second album.

That album was Borrowed Time, and "Call Me" went on to appear on it, as well as coming out as a single later the same year. The other tracks are the real draw. "Trick or Treat" and "Dead Reckoning" were favourites in the band's live set through the 1980s, yet neither made it onto Borrowed Time until its 2007 reissue, which also gave "Trick or Treat" its first outing on CD. The original "Shoot Out the Lights" had been an A-side in 1981 on the band's own Happy Face Records.
