Diamond Head's The Friday Rock Show Sessions / Live at Reading is a live album by the British heavy metal band, released in 1992 on Raw Fruit Records. It was part of an official series of radio-archive releases from several bands put out through the label, so it works as a snapshot of the group in front of an audience rather than a studio statement.

It comes from the period between the band's early records, Lightning to the Nations (1980), Borrowed Time (1982) and Canterbury (1983), and their next studio album, Death & Progress, which followed in 1993. The Reading Festival performance was later gathered among the bonus live tracks on The MCA Years, and the whole album was folded into the compilation Live at the BBC, so it is worth tracking down if you want Diamond Head on stage.
