Radiohead are an English band from Abingdon, Oxfordshire, who formed in 1985 and signed to EMI in 1991. The line-up is Thom Yorke, brothers Jonny and Colin Greenwood, Ed O'Brien and Philip Selway. Their debut album, Pablo Honey, arrived in 1993 with "Creep", a worldwide hit, and The Bends in 1995 lifted both their popularity and their critical standing. Producer Nigel Godrich and cover artist Stanley Donwood have been part of the picture since 1994.

The sound kept moving. OK Computer (1997) paired complex production with themes of modern alienation, and Kid A (2000) pulled in electronic music, jazz, classical and krautrock, dividing listeners at first before later being named the best album of its decade by several outlets. In Rainbows (2007) was released as a pay-what-you-like download. Start with OK Computer, then follow the thread to Kid A and In Rainbows.
