Pyromania is the third studio album by Def Leppard, released on 20 January 1983. Produced by Robert John "Mutt" Lange, it was the first record to feature guitarist Phil Collen, who took the place of founding member Pete Willis. In Europe it came out through Vertigo, and in the US through Mercury.

It marks the point where the band stepped away from their heavy metal beginnings and aimed for a more radio-friendly sound, and the move paid off handsomely. The album reached No. 2 on the Billboard 200, No. 4 in Canada and No. 18 in the UK. In the US it has sold over ten million copies and is certified diamond by the RIAA.
