Hooligans is an EP by Rancid, released in 1998 and issued in the US the same year. It arrived in the middle of a busy stretch for the band, who put out Life Won't Wait that same year, following the breakthrough of ...And Out Come the Wolves in 1995.
For anyone who has worked through the band's studio albums, from the self-titled debut in 1993 through to Tomorrow Never Comes in 2023, it works as a small side step in the story rather than a full statement.
