Screw It!
Screw It! is the second album from American band Danger Danger, released in 1991 on Epic. It follows their self-titled debut of 1989 and sits in the early part of a catalogue that runs through to Revolve in 2009. The record is filed under glam metal and hard rock, so expect big hooks and polished, good-time guitar rock very much of its moment.
The track to seek out first is "Monkey Business", which reached No. 42 on the UK Singles Chart and gave the band a foothold on British shores. For anyone who loved the melodic end of late-80s and early-90s hard rock, this is a worthwhile second chapter, and a useful marker for where Danger Danger stood before the changes of the mid-90s and their next album, Dawn, in 1995.
