Kaizoku‐ban
Kaizoku-Ban is a live EP by the German heavy metal band Accept, recorded in Nagoya, Japan, on 19 September 1985 and released on 21 December 1985 on vinyl. The title is Japanese for "Pirate Edition" or "Bootleg", a wink at the unofficial recordings fans traded, even though this is a fully official release. It was reissued in 1992 as Live in Japan.
It arrived the same year as Metal Heart and just ahead of Russian Roulette, so it catches the band between two studio records. The cassette had a neat quirk: all six songs were put on both sides, which the short running time allowed. The six tracks later turned up as bonus material on the 2002 BMG remasters of Balls to the Wall, Metal Heart and Russian Roulette.
