Album
Eye for an Eye
Eye for an Eye is the first studio album by Corrosion of Conformity, an American band whose records would later move well beyond the hardcore punk on show here. It came out in 1984 on No Core Records, and it sets the starting point for a catalogue that runs through Animosity in 1985 and on to Blind in 1991.
For anyone tracing the band's story, this is where it begins: fast, raw and rooted in hardcore. CD editions also add the whole Six Songs with Mike Singing EP as bonus tracks, which gives you a fuller picture of the group in its earliest days and makes the reissue the better way in for newcomers.
